- Introduced and adapted a new technology called Live Activity (on iOS) as a communication channel that can be easily utilized by all verticals with minimal development effort
- Led a new project called tiket.com’s Customer Ticket Tracker, which resulted in a significant drop in customer service re-contacts by 5% (from 33% to 28%) within the first month of release. As of April, the re-contact rate decreased further to 16%
- Built a seamless flow for automated refunds and rescheduling that can be accessed directly from the tiket.com Help Center page.

- Helped designed Hyperlocal feature (choose address on Tokopedia front funnel). Collaborated with the Product and Engineering Team. Involved in the early research phase to beta release.
- Redesigned Tokopedia address feature from scratch to improve Tokopedia address feature — revamped to give seamless buyer experience.
- Facilitated co-design (design sprint) workshops to shorten the product validation stage.
